ECW! Now, with vampires!

To all those fans who are getting all excited about the resurrection of ECW, I will merely point out this little news item...according to this afternoon's audio hotline on PWInsider.com, it seems that the Sci-Fi channel, ECW's apparent new home, has been requesting that WWE add some, ahem, "science-fiction" content to ECW programming. Like what, you ask? Like aliens and vampires.

Hmm. Can someone get Max Moon and Gangrel on the phone, see if they're available?

And that sound you hear is the hardcore fans taking a big ol' s#!t on this idea when/if it ever gets done.

Suddenly TNN plugging Rock & Bowl on ECW programming seems like a MUCH lesser offense.
